We are currently seeking a **Human Resources Coordinator** to join our growing team in Dubai.
Requirements
- Minimum **5 years of HR experience**
- Strong background in **HR operations**
- Proven experience in **recruitment (preferably healthcare sector)**
- Good knowledge of HR policies, employee lifecycle, and onboarding processes
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple HR functions in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end recruitment processes, especially healthcare professionals
- Manage HR operations including onboarding, employee records, and compliance
- Assist in HR policy implementation and workforce coordination
- Coordinate with department heads for staffing needs
- Maintain HR documentation and reporting
