Key Responsibilities
- Lead outsourcing projects from approval through launch and stabilization.
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful production transfers.
- Drive launch readiness activities and monitor project execution performance.
- Manage inventory transition plans, capacity planning, and supply continuity activities.
- Coordinate quality, engineering, manufacturing, and operational readiness requirements.
- Track project performance, financial benefits, and business case realization.
- Identify and resolve execution risks impacting cost, quality, delivery, or customer commitments.
- Communicate project status and key milestones to stakeholders and leadership.
- Support continuous improvement of outsourcing and project management processes.
Qualifications
- Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in manufacturing, supply chain, operations, engineering, or project management.
- Proven experience leading complex cross-functional projects.
- Experience with manufacturing transfers, outsourcing initiatives, supplier transitions, or operational transformation programs.
- Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to influence and lead without direct authority.
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- PMP certification.
- APICS, ASCM, SCMP, CPSM, or similar professional designation.
- Experience working with contract manufacturers and global supplier networks.
- Knowledge of APQP, PPAP, product launches, and manufacturing transfer processes.
- Lean or Six Sigma certification.

- Successful launch and stabilization of outsourced manufacturing operations.

- SALARY RANGE: $95,000 - $131,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.) This role offers a competitive Bonus plan that will take into account individual, group, and corporate performance. This position includes a competitive benefits package.
