Coordinate outlet staff to provide optimum service and meet guest needs.
The position is full time and not remote.
Outlet operations and service
- Inspect staff grooming and attire and address deficiencies.
- Complete opening and closing duties, set up supplies and tools, and clean equipment and areas.
- Inspect storage for organization, FIFO practices, and cleanliness; complete inventories and requisition supplies.
- Monitor dining areas for seating, service, safety, and guest wellbeing; submit maintenance work orders.
Team support and standards
- Assist management with hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, motivating, and coaching employees.
- Follow company and safety policies, report incidents and unsafe conditions, and complete safety training.
- Welcome guests, address service needs, communicate professionally, and maintain positive working relationships.
- Maintain quality expectations and identify improvements to efficiency, productivity, quality, safety, or cost savings.
Preferred qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- At least 2 years of related work experience preferred.
- At least 1 year of supervisory experience preferred.
- No license or certification specified.
Physical requirements
- Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods or an entire shift; move and handle objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.
- Navigate narrow, confined, or elevated spaces and stairs or service ramps; bend, twist, reach, push, and pull.
