Duties
- Clean rooms after functions and return equipment to its proper location.
- Complete closing duties, store reusable goods, and secure the area.
- Set up, stock, and maintain work areas and assigned stations.
- Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization throughout the day.
- Transport dirty linen, separate napkins and tablecloths, and restock clean linens.
- Assist other departments as needed to support guest service.
- Follow safety and security procedures, report incidents or unsafe conditions, and complete safety training.
- Welcome guests, address service needs, communicate professionally, and meet quality standards.
Qualifications and physical requirements
- No related work or supervisory experience is required.
- A high school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred; no license or certification is specified.
- The work may involve extended periods standing, sitting, or walking; lifting and moving objects; bending, reaching, and navigating stairs or uneven surfaces.
