Key Duties
- Perform operational tasks and handle guest requests.
- Complete reports and share information about events and places of interest in the local area.
- Create a safe workspace, follow company guidelines and procedures, respect confidentiality, and protect company assets.
- Maintain quality standards and ensure uniform, personal appearance, and communication are professional.
- Stand, sit, or walk for long periods and move, lift, carry, push, and place objects under 10 pounds unassisted.
Desired Qualifications
- Education: high school diploma or GED equivalent certificate.
- Related work experience: not required.
- Supervisory experience: not required.
- License or certification: none.
