- What You'll Bring
- Degree or equivalent qualification, preferably in Hospitality Management.
- Minimum 3 years' experience as an Outlet Manager or in a similar leadership role within a luxury hotel or resort environment.
- Experience managing high-quality restaurants, bars, lounges, or international dining concepts.
- Strong knowledge of menu engineering, cost control, inventory management, and outlet profitability.
- Proven track record of successfully launching promotions and new concepts.
- Demonstrated experience in training and developing teams.
- Experience managing multicultural workforces.
- Intermediate Food Hygiene Certification required.
- WSET (Wine & Spirit Education Trust) certification preferred.
- Train-the-Trainer certification preferred.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
