What you'll do
- Support the Executive Sous Chef and Senior Sous Chef in leading daily kitchen operations
- Deliver high-quality food with outstanding presentation and attention to detail
- Ensure menu consistency, food safety, and operational excellence
- Inspire and guide the culinary team while maintaining high standards
- Help create memorable dining experiences for every guest
- What we're looking for:
- Culinary Degree or Culinary Diploma
- Intermediate Food Hygiene Certification
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role within a 5-star hotel environment
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Good computer skills and fluency in English
- A passion for quality, teamwork, and hospitality

Qualifications
