What You'll Do
- Deliver exceptional food and beverage service during banquet events.
- Set up and prepare event venues, including tables, chairs, linen, and service stations.
- Welcome guests with a warm, genuine, and professional approach.
- Ensure tables and buffet displays are maintained to the highest standards.
- Support smooth event operations through teamwork and attention to detail.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and presentation throughout service.
- Anticipate guest needs and create memorable experiences through every interaction.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Banquet Waiter/Waitress in a 5-star hotel.
- Good English communication skills.
- Knowledge of banquet service standards and table settings.
- Food Handler Certificate.
- Positive attitude and teamwork mindset.
- Passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.
- Physically able to work on your feet throughout events.
