What you'll be doing Own your section and deliver exceptional dishes with confidence Support the Sous Chef in daily kitchen operations Ensure every plate leaves the pass looking its best Maintain top food safety and hygiene standards Help control food costs, stock rotation, and kitchen efficiency Step up and lead when needed What we're looking for Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role within a 5-star hotel Culinary Diploma or Culinary Degree Intermediate Food Hygiene Certification Passion for quality, detail, and teamwork Good spoken English A positive attitude and a drive to grow Why JA Hatta Fort Hotel?
