What You'll Be Doing Assist with food preparation and daily mise en place Prepare workstations and ensure all kitchen equipment is organized and ready for service Help set up buffets and food displays to JA standards Maintain the highest levels of cleanliness, food safety, and hygiene Receive and organize ingredients, including fresh produce, dairy, meat, and seafood Support the team in delivering exceptional quality and consistency every day What We're Looking For Culinary Degree or Culinary Diploma Intermediate Food Hygiene Certification Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role within a 5-star hotel, or as a Commis II Passion for food and a willingness to learn Basic computer skills Basic English communication skills A positive attitude and strong team spirit Why Join JA?
