We are a leading Auto Service company in the UAE, offering a full range of vehicle maintenance and repair solutions. We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and driven Emirati Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in building strong client relationships, promoting our automotive services, and contributing to the company’s growth.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Customer Engagement: Approach potential customers to promote our auto service solutions, including maintenance, repair, and inspection services.

2. Appointment Coordination: Schedule and manage customer appointments for vehicle servicing.

3. Service Consultation: Advise clients on required services based on vehicle condition, manufacturer recommendations, and customer needs.

4. Quotation & Pricing: Provide accurate estimates for maintenance, repairs, and spare parts.

5. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate and individual customers.

6. Upselling & Cross-Selling: Recommend additional services or maintenance packages that add value to customers.

7. Workshop Coordination: Communicate customer concerns and service requirements clearly to the workshop and technician teams.

8. Documentation & Reporting: Manage service orders, invoices, and customer records efficiently.

9. Customer Satisfaction: Follow up with clients after service completion to ensure satisfaction and handle any concerns professionally.

10. Market Awareness: Stay updated on automotive trends, service solutions, and competitive offerings in the market.

Requirements:

• UAE National (Emirati)
• Minimum 1 year of experience in the automotive or auto service industry (preferred)
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Proficiency in English and Arabic
• Valid UAE Driving License and must own a car
• Ability to achieve sales targets and work independently
• Professional attitude and strong customer service mindset
