About This Role
Job Summary
We are seeking a results-driven Outdoor Sales Executive to promote and sell our range of scenting services and aroma diffusers in the Dubai market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, managing existing accounts, and achieving sales targets through regular outdoor sales activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in Aroma Diffusers and Fragrances, check the website to verify if you can sell these products.
- Visit retailers, showrooms, contractors, consultants, and project sites to promote products
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure repeat business
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets assigned by the management
- Prepare and follow up on quotations, negotiations, and order closures
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, delivery, and after-sales support
- Ensure timely collection of payments as per agreed credit terms
- Maintain accurate sales reports and customer data
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Outdoor Sales Executive
- Strong knowledge of the Dubai/UAE market and customer base
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a strong sales and target-oriented mindset
- Valid UAE driving license is mandatory
- Ability to work independently and manage field sales activities efficiently
Qualifications
- Minimum 2–8 years of outdoor sales experience in the same industry or selling to similar customers.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From AED4,000.00 per month
