Job Title: Outdoor Sales Executive (Telecom)

Job Responsibilities
1. Generate new home and business telecom connections for du services.
2. Identify potential customers and arrange face-to-face meetings to promote telecom products.
3. Present and explain telecom packages clearly to customers.
4. Understand customer requirements and close sales effectively.
5. Upsell and cross-sell additional services to existing customers.
6. Maintain records of customer interactions (calls, meetings, emails).
7. Achieve monthly sales targets set by the company.
8. Follow company policies and UAE telecom sales regulations.
Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years outdoor sales experience.
- Experience with du or Etisalat channel partners is an advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven sales environment.
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: AED 2,500 – AED 5,000
- Commission: Attractive commission based on sales performance.
- Employment Visa provided by the company.
- Medical Insurance as per UAE law.
- Annual Leave: Minimum 30 days paid leave after one year of service.
- Weekly Day Off: At least 1 day per week.
- End-of-Service Benefits according to UAE Labour Law.
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
