Job Title: Team Leader & Outdoor Sales Executive – Home Internet / Fixed Broadband

**Salary:** Basic Salary + Sales Commission + Performance Incentives

We are hiring energetic, confident, and target-driven candidates for **Team Leader** and **Outdoor Sales Executive** positions to promote and sell **Home Internet / Fixed Broadband solutions** in Abu Dhabi.

Candidates should be willing to work in the field, generate new customers, achieve sales targets, and maintain proper daily sales and prospect updates.

Generate new customers through outdoor/field sales

Promote Home Internet and Fixed Broadband plans

Visit customers, buildings, and real estate offices for lead generation

Explain plans, offers, and close sales professionally

Collect customer documents and submit details accurately

Maintain daily prospect and sales reports

Achieve daily and monthly sales targets

Manage, guide, and motivate the sales team

Monitor field activity, attendance, and daily performance

Support team members in closing sales and improving productivity

Report team performance updates to management

Experience in telecom, home internet, broadband, or field sales is preferred

Team handling experience is required for the Team Leader position

Freshers with strong sales interest can apply for Sales Executive position

Good communication skills in **English and Hindi**

Hindi language is mandatory

Confident, presentable, and willing to work outdoors

Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-oriented

Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets
