Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Outdoor Sales Executive to promote and sell Nateel’s health products, particularly within gyms and fitness centers. The ideal candidate is confident, energetic, and has strong connections within the fitness industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively visit gyms, fitness centers, and health clubs to promote Nateel products
- Build and maintain strong relationships with gym owners, trainers, and customers
- Conduct product presentations and sampling where applicable
- Identify new sales opportunities and expand client base
- Achieve and exceed sales targets
- Provide market feedback and insights to the management team
Requirements:
- Proven experience in outdoor or field sales (preferably in fitness, health, or supplements industry)
- Strong knowledge of gym culture and fitness communities
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Valid UAE driving license and own vehicle (mandatory)

Compensation & Benefits:
- Base Salary: AED 3,000 – AED 10,000 (depending on experience)
- Attractive commission structure with earning potential of AED 15,000 – 50,000
