A leading FMCG group in Saudi Arabia with large-scale manufacturing, warehousing, and distribution operations serving both modern and traditional trade channels.
As the business continues to scale and transform, they are looking to strengthen organisational effectiveness, leadership capability, and transformation execution across their manufacturing, supply chain, and commercial ecosystem.
Your Role
As the Manager – Organisational Development & Transformation, you will drive organisation design, culture, and capability initiatives while leading people-focused transformation workstreams across the business.
This role combines strategic organisational development with hands-on change leadership. You will work closely with business leaders across factories, supply chain, and commercial functions to improve organisational effectiveness, strengthen leadership capability, and ensure successful adoption of transformation initiatives including operating model changes, ERP implementations, and continuous improvement programs.
You will play a key role in shaping how the organisation evolves to support growth, operational efficiency, and execution excellence in a fast-moving FMCG environment.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose organisational effectiveness across manufacturing, supply chain, and commercial teams, identifying opportunities to improve structure, capability, productivity, and engagement
- Design and implement organisation structures, governance models, and role frameworks aligned to operational and commercial priorities
- Lead culture, leadership, and performance management initiatives to strengthen accountability, collaboration, and execution excellence
- Partner on talent and succession planning for critical operational and commercial leadership roles
- Use people analytics, engagement data, and productivity metrics to identify OD priorities and measure business impact
- Lead people and change management workstreams across transformation initiatives including ERP, operating model, and continuous improvement programs
- Develop and execute change management plans covering stakeholder engagement, communication, capability building, and adoption tracking
- Collaborate closely with HR and business leadership to align organisational development and transformation initiatives with wider business goals
Must-Have
- 8–12 years of experience in Organisational Development, Talent, HR Transformation, or Change Management
- Strong exposure to FMCG, manufacturing, or supply-chain-intensive environments
- Proven experience in organisation design, restructuring, and operating model transformation
- Hands-on experience leading change initiatives linked to digital, operational, or business transformation programs
- Strong capability in culture, leadership, and performance management initiatives
- Experience using people analytics and organisational data to drive decision-making and interventions
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders and operate effectively in fast-moving, complex environments
- Fluency in English and Arabic, with a Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Psychology, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
