About This Role

Job Purpose:

To support the design, development, and optimization of the organization’s structure, performance framework, and operational processes by leading initiatives related to KPIs, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and organizational design, ensuring alignment with business strategy, efficiency, and scalability.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Performance Management & KPIs:

·      Develop, implement, and monitor KPIs across departments aligned with business objectives.

·      Collaborate with department heads to define measurable performance indicators.

·      Build KPI dashboards and reports for leadership tracking.

·      Analyze performance gaps and recommend improvement actions.

·      Ensure consistency and standardization of KPIs across functions.

2. Policies, Procedures & SOPs:

·      Design, document, and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all key functions.

·      Ensure SOPs are aligned with operational excellence standards (especially in F&B operations).

·      Conduct SOP audits to ensure compliance and identify inefficiencies.

·      Lead process improvement initiatives (lean, optimization, simplification).

·      Train departments on SOP adherence and best practices.

3. Organizational Structure & Design:

·      Develop and maintain organizational structures (Org Charts) aligned with business growth.

·      Define roles, responsibilities, and reporting lines (RACI frameworks).

·      Conduct manpower planning and workforce optimization analysis.

·      Support job evaluation and role clarity initiatives.

·      Ensure scalability of structure for expansion (new branches / operations growth).

4. Organizational Effectiveness & Projects:

·      Lead organizational development projects (restructuring, transformation, efficiency).

·      Identify process bottlenecks and operational inefficiencies.

·      Support change management initiatives across departments.

·      Work closely with HR, Operations, and Finance to align organizational initiatives.

·      Drive continuous improvement culture across the organization.

Knowledge, Skills & Qualifications:

·      Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, Industrial Engineering, or related field

·      Minimum 4 years of experience in Organizational Development / Performance Management

·      Strong experience in KPI frameworks, SOP design

·      Experience in F&B / Hospitality / Retail is a strong advantage

·      Advanced Excel / Dashboarding (Power BI is a plus)

·      Organizational design & workforce planning

·      Stakeholder management & influencing skills

·      Attention to detail with a strategic mindset
