Organisation Development Specialist - 1 Year Contract - Financial Sector

📍 Abu Dhabi

We are looking for a high-caliber HR professional with a background in top-tier management consultancy or a major multinational. This is a strategic opportunity to join a prestigious financial organisation in Abu Dhabi as an Organisation Development Specialist.

This is a 1-year fixed-term contract with a high likelihood of extension based on performance and business needs. You will join a compact, high-impact Human Capital team of eight, managing everything from end-to-end strategic projects to essential day to day OD tasks.

The Role

Reporting to the Chief Human Capital Officer, you will serve as a lead-level advisor responsible for the organisation’s structural integrity and talent pipeline.

Key Focus Areas:

• Designing and implementing robust frameworks to secure the leadership pipeline.
• Managing job evaluations and refining organisational structures to ensure alignment with business goals.
• Playing a key role in the ongoing implementation and testing of Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Facilitating change initiatives and process improvements across all departments.

The Ideal Profile

• Proven experience within a top-tier consultancy (e.g., Deloitte, EY, PwC, KPMG) or a major multinational.
• 8+ years of professional experience in Human Resources, with a deep specialisation in OD and Talent Management.
• Experience with Dynamics 365, SAP, or Oracle (Implementation experience is a significant advantage).
• Ability to thrive in a formal, high-performance environment.

Contract & Logistics

• Abu Dhabi (office based with 2 days per month remote).
• Professional business attire required Monday through Thursday, with casual dress on Fridays.
• 1-year Fixed Term Contract with strong potential for extension based on business needs and performance.
