About This Role

Role Purpose

The Organization Development (OD) Manager will lead the design, development, and implementation of organizational effectiveness initiatives across the organization.

The role is responsible for driving organizational structure optimization, job architecture, workforce planning, grading frameworks, total rewards alignment, and transformation initiatives in line with business strategy and growth objectives.

The successful candidate will play a critical role in building scalable organizational capabilities, enhancing operational efficiency, and ensuring governance across organization design and people structures.

Strong expertise in Oracle On-Premise HR systems, organizational mapping, and transformation programs is essential.

Prior experience working with leading consulting firms, particularly Korn Ferry methodologies and frameworks, is highly preferred.

Organizational Design & Transformation

  • Lead enterprise-wide organizational design and restructuring initiatives aligned with strategic business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain organizational structures, governance models, reporting lines, and span-of-control frameworks.
  • Drive organizational transformation and change management programs to improve effectiveness, agility, and operational efficiency.
  • Conduct organization mapping, capability assessments, and role optimization studies across business units.
  • Partner with leadership to implement future-state operating models and transformation roadmaps.

Job Architecture & Grading

  • Design and maintain a comprehensive job architecture framework, including job families, career paths, competency mapping, and leveling structures.
  • Lead job evaluation and grading activities using recognized methodologies and best practices.
  • Ensure consistency and governance across job descriptions, role classifications, and organizational hierarchies.
  • Develop and maintain grading systems and organizational frameworks aligned with market benchmarks and internal equity.

Workforce Planning & Organizational Analytics

  • Lead strategic workforce planning initiatives aligned with business growth and operational requirements.
  • Analyze workforce trends, manpower utilization, organizational efficiency, and productivity metrics.
  • Develop workforce models, headcount forecasting, succession planning inputs, and organizational dashboards.
  • Provide data-driven recommendations to leadership on workforce optimization and organizational effectiveness.

Total Rewards & Compensation Support

  • Collaborate with Compensation & Benefits teams to align organizational structures with total rewards strategies.
  • Support salary structure design, grading alignment, compensation benchmarking, and pay governance.
  • Ensure organization design decisions are aligned with internal equity and external market competitiveness.

Systems & HR Technology

  • Act as the functional lead for organizational management within Oracle On-Premise HR systems.
  • Ensure accurate maintenance of organizational structures, position management, and reporting hierarchies within Oracle.
  • Partner with HRIS and technology teams to optimize organizational data integrity and reporting capabilities.
  • Support automation and digital transformation initiatives related to OD and workforce management.

Stakeholder & Project Management

  • Partner with executive leadership and business heads on organization effectiveness initiatives.
  • Manage cross-functional OD projects and external consulting engagements.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment between business strategy and organizational capability.
  • Prepare executive presentations, organizational insights, and transformation reports for senior leadership.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field.
  • Master’s degree or relevant professional certifications in OD, HR, or Organizational Effectiveness is preferred.

Experience

  • Minimum 8–12 years of progressive experience in Organizational Development, Organization Design, or Human Capital Consulting.
  • Proven experience in:
  • Organizational mapping and operating model design
  • Job architecture and job evaluation frameworks
  • Workforce planning and organizational analytics
  • Grading systems and total rewards alignment
  • Large-scale organizational transformation initiatives
  • Strong hands-on experience with Oracle On-Premise HR systems is mandatory.
  • Previous experience working with or implementing frameworks from Korn Ferry is highly preferred.
  • Experience within large-scale developments, giga projects, real estate, destination development, or government-related entities is advantageous.
