A leading diversified retail group with a strong regional presence across multiple business verticals is seeking an experienced HR Organization Development Manager to support its next phase of growth, transformation, and people excellence.
Role Purpose
The HR Organization Development Manager will lead the design and execution of organization development, workforce effectiveness, and total rewards initiatives across the group. This role will play a key part in enhancing organizational structure, performance culture, talent capability, and reward competitiveness aligned with business strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Organization Development
- Lead organization design reviews, restructuring projects, and workforce planning initiatives across business units.
- Develop and implement OD frameworks that improve efficiency, agility, and scalability.
- Review spans, layers, reporting lines, and role clarity across functions.
- Drive succession planning, talent mapping, and critical role identification.
- Support leadership capability development and change management programs.
Performance & Talent Management
- Enhance performance management frameworks, KPI alignment, and annual review cycles.
- Introduce competency frameworks and career progression pathways.
- Partner with HR Business Partners and business leaders to strengthen employee engagement and productivity.
Rewards & Compensation
- Lead compensation benchmarking, grading structures, salary reviews, and incentive programs.
- Ensure market competitiveness while maintaining internal equity and cost discipline.
- Review retail incentive schemes, commission structures, and retention plans.
- Manage annual salary review and bonus processes.
HR Analytics & Governance
- Use workforce data and analytics to guide decision-making.
- Prepare executive reports and presentations for leadership.
- Ensure policies and programs comply with local regulations and company governance standards.
Candidate Profile
Required Experience
- Minimum 10+ years of progressive HR experience with strong exposure to Organization Development and Rewards .
- Proven experience in large, fast-paced organizations.
- Preference for candidates from retail, FMCG, consumer, or diversified groups .
- Experience managing transformation, restructuring, or multi-entity HR initiatives.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Master’s degree or professional certification (CIPD, SHRM, Korn Ferry/Hay Group, Mercer) preferred.
