Organisational Analyst -

Responsibilities

• Collect, store, validate, and maintain the integrity of DANS operational and business data.
• Analyze operational and business data, prepare reports and summaries, and respond to stakeholder requests.
• Conduct wake vortex analysis.
• Provide air carrier billing data and reports supporting airline invoicing and revenue collection for navigation services.
• Investigate queries about air carrier billing invoices and prepare reports.
• Design, develop, and maintain metrics, reports, analyses, and dashboards.
• Support assessment of ATM concepts and DANS support functions.
• Train team members and produce organisational analysis documents, procedures, processes, and methodologies.

Qualifications and experience

• Degree or diploma in an engineering or numerical field, or relevant experience.
• A degree in Finance, Business, or Science is preferred.
• At least 5 years of relevant analysis experience is required.
• Experience with complex terminal airspace and/or aviation-related data is preferred.

Skills and knowledge

• In-depth knowledge of SQL and database management is required.
• Knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, or Visual Basic is requested.
• Knowledge of relational databases, statistical software packages, management systems, and advanced MS Office packages is requested.
• Knowledge of ATM systems and functions, and ATC operations for terminal airspace and/or an airport environment, is requested.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and documentation skills are required.
• Fluency in written and spoken English is required.
