Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and support technical solutions for Oracle EBS HCM applications.
- Develop and maintain reports, interfaces, conversions, and custom components.
- Work extensively on Reports Development using Oracle tools and technologies.
- Develop and enhance applications using OAF (Oracle Application Framework).
- Work on ADF-based developments and integrations.
- Analyze business requirements and provide technical solutions aligned with Oracle EBS standards.
- Prepare technical design documents and support documentation.
- Perform unit testing, SIT, UAT support, and deployment activities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in development, testing, and production environments.
- Coordinate with functional consultants and business users for requirement clarification and delivery.
- Ensure coding standards, performance optimization, and best practices are followed.
Required Skills
Strong experience in Oracle EBS Technical development.
Hands-on expertise in:
> Reports Development
> ADF (Application Development Framework)
- Experience with Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, and Oracle Forms/Reports.
- Good understanding of Oracle EBS HCM modules and underlying data structures.
- Experience in customization, extensions, and technical support activities.
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
- Nice to Have
- Experience in Workflow Customization
- Exposure to Oracle APIs and integrations
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Oracle certification will be an added advantage.
