- **Nice to have: OAF/ADF/Reports**
Key Responsibilities
- Work on Oracle EBS HCM modules including Core HR, Payroll, and SSHR.
- Gather and analyze business requirements and provide functional solutions.
- Perform configuration and setup activities for HCM modules.
- Handle enhancements, customizations, and workflow-related activities.
- Coordinate with technical teams for development and deployment activities.
- Prepare functional documents including BRD, MD070, MD050, and test cases.
- Support security setup, responsibilities, and user access management.
- Work on reports development and validation.
- Conduct SIT, UAT, and production support activities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues within defined timelines.
- Interact with clients and stakeholders for requirement discussions and solution delivery.
Required Skills
Strong experience in Oracle EBS HCM modules:
1. **> Core HR**
2. **> Payroll**
3. **> SSHR**
Hands-on experience in:
1. > Configuration
2. > Enhancements
3. > Security
4. > Reports
5. > Workflow
6. > Customization
Good understanding of Oracle EBS architecture and HR business processes.
Experience in implementation and support projects.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Nice to Have:
Knowledge of OAF (Oracle Application Framework)
Exposure to ADF
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, HR, or related field.
Oracle certification will be an added advantage.
