Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Consultant – Oracle HCM with strong expertise in Oracle Human Capital Management solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in implementation, configuration, support, and enhancement of Oracle HCM modules. The candidate should be capable of handling end-to-end project delivery, client interactions, and business process optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement, configure, and support Oracle HCM Cloud modules based on business requirements.
• Gather client requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions.
• Work on system setup, configuration, testing, UAT, and production deployment.
• Provide support for Oracle HCM processes including issue resolution and enhancements.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT stakeholders for seamless process integration.
• Prepare functional design documents, process flows, and user training materials.
• Manage data migration, reports, interfaces, and integrations.
• Participate in project planning, estimations, and delivery management.
• Provide mentoring and guidance to junior consultants/team members.
• Strong experience in Oracle HCM Cloud / Oracle Fusion HCM
• Experience in modules such as: Core HR, Absence Management, Talent Management, Recruitment / ORC, Compensation / Payroll
• Configuration and implementation experience.
