Seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Financial Expert to manage Oracle Fusion Finance implementation, optimization, and support across manufacturing, retail, wholesale, and distribution operations.
Strong expertise in Oracle Fusion Financials, ERP transformation, and integration with supply chain, procurement, and inventory systems is required.
Experience
in perfume, FMCG, or multi-branch retail businesses is preferred.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
Oracle Fusion Finance Implementation
· Lead end-to-end implementation of Oracle Fusion Financial modules.
Configure and optimize:
• Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Cash Management
- Fixed Assets
- Expense Management
- Tax Management
• Financial Reporting Center
- Manage chart of accounts, legal entities, business units, and financial structures.
Business Process Management
- Analyze current finance workflows and redesign processes using Oracle best practices.
- Align ERP processes with retail, wholesale, e-commerce, and manufacturing operations.
- Improve financial controls, approvals, and automation.
Integration & Cross-Functional Coordination
- Coordinate with:
- Procurement
- Supply Chain
- Inventory
• CRM / Eloqua
- POS systems
- E-commerce platforms
- Ensure accurate data flow between departments.
Reporting & Compliance
- Build financial dashboards and management reports.
- Ensure VAT compliance and financial regulations.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
User Support & Training
- Train finance teams and key users.
- Prepare SOPs and process documentation.
- Provide post-go-live support and troubleshooting.
Project Management
- Work with Oracle implementation partners and vendors.
- Manage project timelines, testing, UAT, and deployment.
- Ensure successful ERP adoption across departments.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field.
- 5+ years of Oracle Fusion Financials experience.
- Minimum 2 full-cycle Oracle Fusion implementation projects.
- Strong understanding of:
- ERP architecture
- Financial accounting
- Business process automation
- VAT requirements
- Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in perfume, cosmetics, retail, FMCG, or manufacturing industries.
- Oracle certifications are a plus.
- Knowledge of:
- Oracle Procurement
- Oracle SCM
• Oracle ERP Self-Service
- Oracle Eloqua integration
- Arabic speaking is an advantage.
