The Opportunity
We are seeking a Head of Enterprise Applications to lead a complex and high-impact applications landscape, with Oracle Fusion ERP at its core.
This is a senior leadership role (VP / Programme Director level) where you will own strategy, delivery, and optimisation across a multi-platform enterprise ecosystem, while leading a team of 50+ technology professionals and managing global partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the Oracle Fusion ERP roadmap, strategy, and continuous improvement
- Lead a broad enterprise applications portfolio, including: ERP (Oracle Fusion Cloud), CRM (Salesforce or equivalent), PMIS, Integration platforms.
- Drive large-scale transformation programmes (Agile / Hybrid delivery)
- Manage managed services providers with full SLA and commercial accountability
- Own budgeting, cost optimisation, and vendor governance
- Partner with senior stakeholders across finance, real estate, and commercial functions
- Deliver board-level reporting on performance, risk, and strategy
Candidate Profile
- 15+ years in enterprise IT, including 12+ years in senior leadership roles
- Proven delivery of Oracle Fusion ERP implementations and other corporate level implementations
- Experience managing end-to-end enterprise application portfolios (ERP, CRM, integrations)
- Strong background in system integrators, Big 4 consulting firms, or Oracle gold partners
- Expertise in vendor management and managed services (SLA ownership)
- Strong executive stakeholder management and leadership capability
- Degree in IT / Computer Science (Master’s preferred)
