Techno Functional Consultant - Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll

Overview

Job Purpose

Responsibilities

• Manage the design, development, and implementation of Oracle Cloud HCM, focusing on Payroll and Compensation Management modules.
• Configure Oracle Cloud HCM applications according to Business Technology standards and design guidelines, customizing the system to meet specific business processes.
• Provide support in the creation and management of reports, Fast Formula, and HCM Extracts to ensure data accuracy and efficient system functionality.
• Continuously optimize the Oracle Cloud HCM solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and enhancing system performance.
• Collaborate with business users to gather and document requirements, ensuring alignment with business needs and objectives.
• Serve as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring effective solution delivery and adherence to best practices for scalability, efficiency, and compliance.
• Conduct thorough system testing with multiple use cases to ensure functionality and alignment with business requirements.
• Provide training to super users and end users, ensuring effective system usage and offering ongoing support for smooth adoption.
• Document and establish best practice standards, policies, and governance in alignment with the organizations processes, ensuring consistency and compliance across all Oracle Cloud HCM implementations.
• Ensure all documentation is clear, accessible, and regularly updated to reflect changes in processes, standards, or regulations.

Requirements

• Minimum Experience (Years): 3-5 Years in relevant field.
• Core Activities Experience: Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll;
• Fusion HCM Applications; Development & Solution Design;
• HCM Data Loader (HDL) & HCM Extracts;
• Reporting & Dashboards, system configuration and redwood implementation.

Skills

• , Tools, and Systems Experience:
• Techno-Functional Experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll.
• Experience in implementing and supporting Fusion HCM applications.
• Strong knowledge of Core HR and Payroll modules.
• Experience in Fusion Security and Approval Workflows.
• Experience in development, solution design, configuration, and end-user testing.
• Strong knowledge of HCM Data Loader (HDL), HCM Extracts, and HCM Payroll Fast Formula.
• Good knowledge of Redwood pages design and customization.
• Knowledge of the Oracle fusion generative and agentic AI.
• Strong knowledge of integration between Fusion HCM and other systems.
• Proven ability to map business requirements to software systems.
• Strong knowledge of OTBI, BI Publishers, Infolets, and HR dashboards.
