Overview
We are hiring: Oracle Fusion ERP System Administrator (Finance, HR & Procurement)
Abu Dhabi, UAE
Duration: 1 year rolling contract
We are looking for a technically strong and detail-oriented Oracle Fusion ERP System Administrator to support the operational management, governance, and stability of a large-scale Oracle Fusion environment across Finance, HR, and Procurement modules.
This role focuses on ensuring system integrity, access governance, configuration consistency, and audit readiness within enterprise ERP operations.
Key responsibilities
- include:
- Day-to-day administration of Oracle Fusion ERP modules
- Managing user access, role-based security (RBAC), and segregation of duties (SoD)
- Supporting configuration governance and change management processes
- Monitoring system health and coordinating with support teams
- Maintaining data integrity, workflows, and master data controls
- Supporting integrations with external systems (IAM, Service Management, etc.)
- Assisting with audit, compliance, and documentation requirements
- Coordinating release cycles and regression testing
- Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and automation
- What we are looking for:
- 5–8+ years of hands-on Oracle Fusion ERP experience
- Strong understanding of Finance, HR, and Procurement modules
- Experience in ERP access governance and security roles
- Familiarity with configuration lifecycle management
- Experience supporting production ERP environments
- Knowledge of integrations and troubleshooting interfaces
- Structured documentation and governance mindset
- Exposure to audit/compliance processes and ITIL concepts is a plus
