Role summary

Key responsibilities

• Plan rollout cutover, go-live checklists, and phased deployments by department or programme.
• Analyze training needs and build curricula for executives, project managers, cost controllers, contract administrators, approvers, and administrators.
• Deliver classroom, hands-on, and virtual training in Arabic and English, including train-the-trainer sessions for client super users.
• Create bilingual manuals, quick reference guides, process job aids, and short video walkthroughs.
• Configure and maintain training environments and data sets; support UAT and defect triage with the business analyst.
• Provide go-live and hypercare support through floor walking, help-desk channels, issue logging, and resolution tracking.
• Administer users, roles, permissions, shells, and routine data.
• Track and report adoption KPIs, including logins, BP volumes, cycle times, and overdue items.
• Gather user feedback and route enhancement requests through change management.

Required qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, Business, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of hands-on Unifier experience, including one go-live with end-user training.
• Strong functional knowledge of Unifier BPs, shells, cost management, and user and administrator modes.
• Proven experience designing and delivering training to large and varied user groups.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills in Arabic and English.

Preferred qualifications

• Construction or infrastructure project experience and knowledge of project-team workflows is preferred.
• Oracle Primavera Unifier certification is preferred.
• CTT+ or an equivalent instructional design certificate is preferred.
• Prosci or similar change management certification is preferred.
• Government project experience in Qatar or the GCC is preferred.
• Exposure to Primavera P6 is preferred.
