About Your Team

Your Role

• As an Oracle EPM Solutions Manager, you will
• Own the overall solution design and architecture of the Oracle EPM platform, ensuring it remains robust, scalable, and aligned with business needs
• Provide senior functional and technical support across the EPM suite, including FCCS, TRCS, Narrative Reporting, and other EPM modules.
• Support and maintain EPM configurations, business rules, forms, calculations, metadata, and security across modules
• Own and support EPM integrations and data management, including data flows with ERP and source systems through Data Management/FDMEE and EPM Integration
• Lead the analysis of business requirements and change requests, and translate them into solution designs, configuration, or technical solutions
• Plan and oversee testing, validation, and deployment of changes, enhancements, monthly Oracle updates, and patches, following change management standards
• Drive the EPM enhancement backlog and roadmap, identifying improvements that increase efficiency, data quality, and user adoption
• Coordinate technical resources and external partners on delivery and support, and validate vendor solutions, designs, and readiness
• Maintain architecture, configuration, integration, and support documentation for the EPM platform.
• Act as the senior technical reference for Oracle EPM, providing guidance and knowledge sharing to analysts and business users

Skills And Competencies

• Strong hands-on experience implementing and supporting Oracle EPM Cloud, across both functional and technical areas
• Deep expertise across the EPM suite, including EPM suite, including FCCS, TRCS, Narrative Reporting, and other EPM modules.
• Strong understanding of planning and budgeting, financial consolidation and close, and account reconciliation processes
• Experience designing and supporting EPM solution architecture, security models, and module design
• Experience with EPM integrations and data management, including Data Management/FDMEE and integration with ERP and source systems
• Experience with EPM business rules, calculations, and scripting.
• Strong understanding of finance and accounting concepts that underpin EPM
• Ability to analyse business requirements and translate them into solution designs and technical solutions
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, across business, technical, and vendor teams
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adjust quickly to changing needs
• Experience supporting an EPM platform through go-live, hyper care, and steady-state support
• Oracle EPM Cloud certifications
• Experience with broader Oracle Cloud (ERP/Fusion) or related finance systems
• Experience in construction, engineering, or other project-based industries

Qualifications & Experience

• Degree in appropriate discipline or equivalent demonstrated experience and/or
• Oracle EPM certifications are an advantage
• FCCS experience with 5 –10 years of overall experience
• CA / CPA / ACCA qualification
