About Your Team

This role sits within the 4D Department and reports directly to the Senior 4D Specialist. The team is responsible for developing and managing BIM models that support planning, coordination, and execution across projects. It focuses on maintaining high-quality digital standards, collaboration, and continuous improvement in BIM processes.

Your Role

As a BIM Modeler, you will:

• Review tender and IFC models, drawings, and asset data in line with ISO 19650 standards.
• Develop and maintain BIM models from design documents and construction drawings.
• Generate plans, sections, elevations, and schedules from Revit models.
• Ensure models are accurate, coordinated, and aligned with project requirements.
• Perform clash detection and support clash resolution processes.
• Create and manage Revit families and detailed 3D geometry.
• Develop and coordinate temporary works models where required.
• Support the 4D team in modeling based on 2D CAD and construction documentation.
• Maintain model health and adhere to company BIM standards and protocols.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on construction documentation.
• Ensure proper use of templates, standards, and Common Data Environments (CDE).
• Adapt to evolving BIM tools and workflows, supporting digital innovation across projects.

This role is full time and follows a Monday to Friday work week, aligned with technical and support functions.

What We’re Looking For

Experience: 3+ years of experience in BIM modeling within construction projects.

Knowledge:

• Advanced proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.
• Strong understanding of BIM fundamentals, workflows, and ISO 19650 standards.
• Experience working within a Common Data Environment (CDE).
• Familiarity with tools such as Navisworks and/or Revizto.

Skills:

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.
• Proactive approach with strong time management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related discipline.
