About Your Team
We are a solutions-driven team responsible for maintaining and optimizing Infor LN ERP.
By working across supply chain, manufacturing, and service domains, we ensure the system effectively supports evolving business needs.
Your Role
- As a Lead Application Analyst you will
- Provide senior functional and technical support for the Infor LN ERP platform, resolving complex incidents and problems across supply chain, manufacturing, service, and warehousing
- Configure, maintain, and optimize Infor LN modules and sessions to align the system with business processes and requirements
- Support and troubleshoot Infor LN integrations, BODs, and interfaces with other enterprise and third-party systems
- Manage and support customizations, extensions, and reports, working with technical resources and vendors where needed
- Analyze business requirements and change requests, and translate them into functional designs, configuration, or technical solutions
- Lead testing, validation, and deployment of changes, enhancements, patches, and upgrades, following change management standards
- Identify and drive process improvements and system optimizations that increase efficiency, data quality, and user adoption
- Coordinate with Infor and external partners on support cases, fixes, and delivery, and validate vendor solutions and readiness
- Maintain documentation of configurations, processes, customizations, and support procedures.
- Provide guidance and knowledge sharing to other analysts and business users, acting as the senior technical reference for Infor LN
Skills
- and Competencies
- Strong hands-on experience supporting and configuring Infor LN ERP (or Baan), across both functional and technical areas.
- Deep functional knowledge of supply chain, manufacturing, service, and warehousing processes within Infor LN
- Experience with Infor LN technical components such as sessions, BODs, integrations, interfaces, and customizations
- Strong understanding of ERP integration concepts and data flows with other enterprise systems.
- Experience with incident, problem, and change management in an ERP support environment
- Ability to analyse business requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, across business, technical, and vendor teams
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adjust quickly to changing needs
- Experience with Infor LN tooling, ION, or related Infor platforms
- Experience with SQL and reporting tools for ERP data
- Exposure to ERP upgrades, rollouts, or migrations
- Experience in construction, engineering, manufacturing, or other project-based industries
& Experience
- Degree in appropriate discipline or equivalent demonstrated experience and/or
- 5+ years experience
- Relevant Infor LN or ERP certifications are an advantage
