Experienced Oracle ADF & HR Techno-Functional Consultant supporting a mission-critical Oracle ERP and custom-application environment.
The role covers managed application support, maintenance, enhancements, and knowledge transfer.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and enhance a custom Table of Organization & Equipment application and HR-related integrations.
- Deliver onsite Oracle ADF development, workflow, reporting, WebLogic/SOA, and web-service customizations.
- Troubleshoot production issues; support testing and releases; document technical designs; and transfer knowledge.
- Support transition from the incumbent provider through current-state assessment, backlog review, and controlled takeover.
- Meet incident response and restoration obligations, including after-hours, weekend, and holiday call-outs.
- Conduct root-cause analysis and support resolution of recurring application issues.
- Maintain operating procedures, technical and functional documentation, test evidence, release records, and knowledge-transfer materials.
- Support production and non-production environments and coordinate with customer technical teams, business stakeholders, and support teams.
Requirements
- Arabic and English proficiency.
- Relevant Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or an equivalent discipline; Bachelor's is also listed as required.
- 10 years of relevant experience.
- Hands-on Oracle ADF, JDeveloper 11g, Java EE, and PL/SQL experience.
- Strong knowledge of WebLogic Server, Oracle SOA Suite, workflows, BI Publisher, and web services.
- HR techno-functional knowledge and experience with HR-related application integrations.
- Knowledge of enterprise software architecture, SDLC, SOA/ESB, security, metadata, and design patterns.
- Experience with agile delivery, application maintenance and enhancements, testing, and release management.
- Troubleshooting, analytical, communication, stakeholder-management, and documentation skills.
- Ability to meet strict service levels and provide after-hours, weekend, and holiday support when required.
- Ability to work onsite and support knowledge transfer and transition activities.
