Canada-based Optimization Services Manager on RLDatix’s Professional Services team.
The role helps healthcare clients get more value from RLDatix software through consulting, training, and system optimization support.
Responsibilities
- Deliver remote administrative support and client training to optimize use of RLDatix software.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including instructional designers, on content development and delivery.
- Conduct client system health checks and contribute to knowledge-sharing platforms for self-service and education.
- Provide project-based consulting and change management to improve client satisfaction and system utilization.
Requirements
- Previous customer success experience; SaaS experience is ideal.
- Demonstrated ability and desire to work with software.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in French.
