RLDatix is seeking a Riyadh-based Applications Analyst for its Professional Services team.
The role supports project execution and delivery and deployment of software and service solutions.
The analyst works with project teams, clients, and technical specialists to understand requirements, configure and test solutions, troubleshoot issues, train users, and transition solutions to production.
Responsibilities
- Gather, document, and analyze business and technical requirements with clients and stakeholders.
- Coordinate communication among team members, clients, and vendors and keep them informed about project status and changes.
- Maintain project documentation, including user guides, training materials, and process flows.
- Assist with system or software configuration and participate in system testing, UAT, and quality assurance.
- Train clients on new systems or processes to support adoption and transition to production.
What the role requires
- Strong organizational, time-management, and prioritization skills, including the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects.
- Clear verbal and written communication skills and ability to facilitate meetings and communicate with stakeholders.
- Attention to detail, proactive problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with Agile or Waterfall implementation methodologies, SQL, and data analysis tools.
- Collaborative approach with clients and technical specialists and interest in making a positive change in healthcare.
