Riyadh-based Applications Analyst on the Professional Services team.
Supports project execution and completion and the delivery and deployment of software and service solutions.
Works with project teams, clients, and technical specialists to understand requirements, configure and test solutions, troubleshoot, train clients, and support transition to production.
Responsibilities
- Gather, document, and analyze business and technical requirements with clients and stakeholders.
- Act as a primary contact among team members, clients, and vendors and communicate project status and changes.
- Maintain project documentation, user guides, training materials, and process flows.
- Assist with software or system configuration, system testing, UAT, and quality assurance.
- Train clients on new systems and processes to support adoption and transition to production.
- Support project delivery, deployment, and issue troubleshooting.
Candidate qualifications
- Strong organizational skills, time management, and ability to prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
- Clear verbal and written communication, including facilitating meetings and communicating with stakeholders.
- Attention to detail, accurate documentation, and a proactive problem-solving approach.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with Agile or Waterfall implementation methodologies, SQL, and data analysis tools is noted as an area of interest.
- Collaborative approach and interest in making a positive change in healthcare.
