Operations & Sales Head – Saudi Arabia Startup Branch

Job Summary

Vortexen Dynamics Industrial Solutions is looking for an experienced **Operations & Sales Head** to lead the startup and business development of our new branch in **Saudi Arabia**.

The selected candidate will be responsible for setting up the branch operations, developing clients, generating sales, handling market entry activities, identifying tender and RFQ opportunities, supporting vendor registration and prequalification, coordinating suppliers, and building the Saudi business from the initial stage.

This is a senior leadership role for a person who can manage both **operations and sales**.

Candidates with experience in **Saudi Arabia / GCC market, oil & gas, EPC, industrial services, passive fire protection, fire stopping, coating, sourcing, procurement, general trading, OEM representation, or technical services** will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the startup operations of Vortexen in Saudi Arabia.
  • Develop business opportunities in Saudi Arabia for Vortexen services and products.
  • Identify clients in oil & gas, EPC, industrial, construction, government, semi-government, and private sectors.
  • Build relationships with EPC contractors, procurement teams, consultants, developers, industrial companies, and government-related entities.
  • Handle sales, client meetings, lead conversion, proposal follow-up, and revenue generation.
  • Identify tender, RFQ, sourcing, procurement, and project opportunities.
  • Support vendor registration and prequalification with Saudi clients and portals.
  • Promote Vortexen services including passive fire protection, fire stopping, coating, sourcing, procurement, general trading, and OEM representation.
  • Develop representation opportunities with OEMs and foreign companies entering the Saudi market.
  • Build local supplier, subcontractor, manpower, and technical support network.
  • Coordinate with Vortexen UAE and Kochi backend teams for documentation, estimation, sourcing, prequalification, and marketing support.
  • Prepare business plans, weekly reports, sales pipeline, opportunity tracker, and revenue forecasts.
  • Control branch operating cost and support profitable business growth.
  • Recruit and develop the required local team step by step as business grows.

Candidate Requirements

  • Minimum 7–10 years of experience in operations, sales, business development, project coordination, or branch management.
  • Saudi Arabia / GCC market experience is strongly preferred.
  • Experience in oil & gas, EPC, industrial services, construction, fire protection, coating, procurement, general trading, or technical services is preferred.
  • Strong sales, client development, and business conversion skills.
  • Ability to start and grow a new branch from the ground level.
  • Strong leadership, planning, negotiation, and reporting skills.
  • Good knowledge of supplier coordination, tendering, prequalification, and project support.
  • Ability to coordinate with UAE and India backend teams.
  • Excellent English communication is required.
  • Arabic communication will be an advantage.
  • Saudi driving licence will be an advantage.
  • Immediate or early joiners preferred.

  • Arrange and attend client meetings.

  • Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors.
  • Update sales pipeline and opportunity tracker.
  • Coordinate with UAE and Kochi backend teams.
  • Report daily progress to management.
  • Push for revenue generation and first invoice from Saudi operations.
