About the Role
We are hiring an experienced **Approval Consultant** to manage **end-to-end government approvals and compliance** across high-value sectors including healthcare, nuclear, oil & gas, education, and hospitality in Abu Dhabi.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle **project-based approvals** from concept to final license/operation
- Manage submissions, follow-ups, and coordination with key authorities:
- Department of Health – Abu Dhabi (Healthcare)
- FANR (Nuclear)
- ADNOC (Oil & Gas registration & prequalification)
- Department of Education and Knowledge (Education sector)
- Department of Culture and Tourism – Abu Dhabi (Hotels & tourism)
- Prepare and manage:
- Documentation, policies, and technical submissions
- Prequalification files and compliance reports
- Track approvals, inspections, and **regulatory milestones**
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal teams
- Identify risks and ensure **timely approvals without delays**
Requirements
- Minimum **5–10 years UAE experience** in approvals / compliance / PRO services
- Proven experience handling **multi-sector government approvals**
- Strong knowledge of Abu Dhabi regulatory framework
- Experience in **ADNOC registration / DOH licensing / FANR processes** is highly preferred
- Excellent coordination, documentation, and follow-up skills
Preferred
- Engineering / Healthcare / Regulatory background
- Existing relationships with government departments
- Experience handling **large-scale or EPC projects**
