Acting as a trusted on-ground partner, Governix is dedicated to ensuring seamless entry into Saudi Arabia’s booming market for entrepreneurs, investors, and specialized talent.
Role Description
The Operations Officer will oversee high-level operational and strategic initiatives to drive business growth and compliance for our clients in Saudi Arabia.
Key responsibilities
include leading company formation, managing regulatory processes, overseeing Premium Residency applications, and liaising with government platforms such as Qiwa, Muqeem, and ZATCA.
The role also involves spearheading market entry strategies, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring efficient service delivery.
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Qualifications
- Strategic planning and leadership experience in business operations and market entry
- Strong expertise in regulatory approvals, compliance, and government platform integration
- Skills in client relationship management, stakeholder engagement, and advisory services
- Knowledge of company formation, business licensing, and Premium Residency solutions
- Proficiency in financial planning, budgeting, and managing corporate support services
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with fluency in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field; MBA is a plus
- Previous experience in the MENA region, especially within Saudi Arabia, is highly desirable
