Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Operations Manager located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The Operations Manager will oversee day-to-day operational activities, streamline processes, monitor performance metrics, and ensure the organization meets its operational goals. The role also involves managing various teams, collaborating with stakeholders, and identifying opportunities for improvement. Additionally, the Operations Manager will ensure operations align with the company's strategic objectives while adhering to local regulations and standards.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience in coordinating and supervising teams.
- Proven expertise in operations management, process optimization, and resource allocation.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with the capability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Advanced problem-solving, decision-making, and critical-thinking skills.

- Familiarity with compliance requirements and local labor regulations within Saudi Arabia is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and collaborate effectively across teams and departments.
