About This Role

مشغل نظام مراقبة الأسطول

(Fleet Monitoring Operator)

الموقع: مدينة جدة

المؤهل المطلوب:

  • شهادة دبلوم أو بكالوريوس في (تقنية المعلومات، إدارة الأعمال، اللوجستيات، أو ما يعادلها).

الخبرة المطلوبة:

  • خبرة مناسبة في تشغيل أو مراقبة أنظمة تتبع المركبات أو الأساطيل.
  • يفضل خبرة في مراكز العمليات أو غرف التحكم (Control Room).
  • معرفة جيدة بأنظمة التتبع (GPS Tracking Systems).

المهام الأساسية:

  • مراقبة حركة المركبات عبر أنظمة تتبع الأسطول.
  • متابعة المسارات والتأكد من الالتزام بالتعليمات التشغيلية.
  • إعداد تقارير دورية عن أداء المركبات والسائقين.
  • التنسيق مع الفرق التشغيلية عند وجود أي ملاحظات أو طوارئ.

المهارات المطلوبة:

  • دقة عالية في المتابعة والانتباه للتفاصيل.
  • مهارات تواصل جيدة.
  • القدرة على العمل بنظام المناوبات إذا لزم الأمر.
  • إجادة استخدام الحاسب الآلي والأنظمة التشغيلية.
