About This Role

Job Objective We are seeking a Real Estate Operations Manager to oversee all operational processes, ensuring performance efficiency and the achievement of strategic goals. This role focuses on effective resource management, optimizing procedures, and enhancing the quality of services provided to clients and investors.

Duties And Responsibilities Operational Management:

• Supervising daily operations across all departments, including sales, leasing, property management, and maintenance.
• Developing and improving Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Monitoring the performance of real estate projects to ensure operational goals are met.

Team Management

• Leading and motivating work teams to achieve objectives.
• Setting and monitoring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Evaluating performance and providing training and development plans for staff.

Property And Real Estate Management

• Overseeing the management of residential and commercial properties.
• Following up on lease contracts, renewals, and collections.
• Ensuring the quality of maintenance and operational services.

Strategic Planning

• Preparing annual operational plans.
• Analyzing operational data and providing recommendations.
• Working to increase revenues and reduce costs.

Relationship Management

• Building excellent relationships with clients and investors.
• Coordinating with suppliers and service companies.
• Handling complaints and solving problems efficiently.

Control And Quality

• Ensuring compliance with real estate systems and regulations.
• Applying quality and safety standards.
• Preparing periodic reports for senior management.

Qualifications And Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5–10 years of experience in the real estate sector.
• Proven experience in management and team supervision.
• Strong knowledge of property management and real estate operations.
