Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all event operations from planning to execution, ensuring each event runs smoothly and efficiently.
• Lead the end‑to‑end operational planning for events, conferences, and exhibitions
• • Manage production, logistics, technical setup, and on‑site coordination
• • Build and manage relationships with suppliers, venues, and production partners
• • Ensure all events are delivered on time, on budget, and at the highest quality
• • Conduct site visits, risk assessments, and operational planning meetings
• • Oversee event staffing, schedules, and resource allocation
• • Collaborate with creative and sales teams to ensure operational feasibility
• • Implement operational SOPs, quality standards, and continuous improvement practices
• Manage budgets, cost control, and vendor negotiations
• Coordinate logistics, including vendor management, venue arrangements, and on-site staff supervision.
• Manage budgets, timelines, and resources, maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.
• Collaborate with sales and creative teams to deliver client objectives and elevate the event experience.
• Monitor performance metrics and implement process improvements for future events.
