The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the day-to-day operations of both wholesale and retail divisions.
This includes supply chain management, store operations, logistics, inventory control, and team management to ensure efficiency, cost control, and high service standards.
Key Responsibilities:1. Operations Management
- Oversee daily operations of retail outlets and wholesale distribution.
- Ensure smooth functioning of stores, warehouses, and delivery systems.
- Monitor operational KPIs and implement improvements.
2. Supply Chain & Inventory Control
- Manage procurement, stock planning, and replenishment.
- Ensure optimal stock levels to avoid overstocking or stock-outs.
- Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners.
3. Team Management
- Supervise store managers, warehouse staff, and logistics teams.
- Ensure proper manpower planning, training, and performance management.
- Enforce discipline and operational standards.
4. Cost Control & Efficiency
- Monitor operational costs and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Improve productivity and reduce wastage/shrinkage.
- Ensure efficient use of resources.
5. Customer Service & Quality
- Ensure high standards of customer service across retail outlets.
- Handle escalations and resolve operational issues.
- Maintain product quality and compliance with standards.
6. Compliance & Policies
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.
- Maintain health & safety standards in stores and warehouses.
7. Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
- Analyze sales, stock movement, and operational performance.
- Provide insights and recommendations to management.
Key Performance Indicators (Kpis)
- Sales growth (Retail & Wholesale)
- Stock accuracy & inventory turnover
- Shrinkage and wastage control
- On-time delivery performance
- Store operational efficiency
- Employee productivity and retention
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration / Supply Chain / Operations
- 5–10 years of experience in FMCG operations (Wholesale & Retail)
- Strong knowledge of supply chain, inventory, and store operations
- Experience in UAE/GCC market is an advantage
Skills & Competencies
- Leadership and team management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Excel
• Valid UAE Driving License (preferred)
- Willingness to travel between stores and warehouses
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
