Fleet Coordinator

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor daily movement and utilization of 110 company vehicles.
• Ensure proper vehicle allocation based on operational requirements.
• Maintain vehicle documents including registration, insurance, permits, Salik, and renewal schedules.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance, servicing, repairs, and breakdown support.
• Monitor fuel consumption and prepare fuel usage reports.
• Ensure all vehicles comply with RTA and company safety regulations.
• Track vehicle renewals and coordinate timely processing to avoid penalties.
• Monitor driver attendance, duty schedules, and performance.
• Maintain records of accidents, fines, and traffic violations.
• Coordinate with workshops, insurance providers, and transport authorities.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly fleet reports.
• Ensure cleanliness and proper condition of all vehicles.
• Support management in cost control and fleet optimization initiatives.
• Handle emergency transport arrangements when required.

& Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Logistics, Transport Management, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in fleet coordination or transport operations.
• Experience handling large fleets (100+ vehicles preferred).
• Good knowledge of UAE transport regulations and RTA procedures.
• Strong coordination and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and fleet tracking systems.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple operational tasks.
