The Role

Immediate (Month 1-3)

• Own the founder's calendar, inbox triage, and communications management
• Coordinate with partners: developers, lawyers, CBI programme providers, wealth advisors
• Prepare client-facing documents: proposals, investment summaries, onboarding packs
• Manage CRM: pipeline tracking, lead follow-ups, client status updates
• Handle administrative operations: licensing, compliance coordination, document management
• Begin documenting processes — every task you learn becomes an SOP for the next person

Growth Phase (Month 3-6)

• Manage onboarding of new commission-based advisors joining the team
• Coordinate social media scheduling and content calendar (working alongside a content creator/editor)
• Support webinar logistics, event coordination, and digital product launches
• Build and maintain the company's internal knowledge base and process documentation
• Take ownership of client experience from first touch to post-closing follow-up

Chief of Staff Track (Month 6-12)

• Manage a small team of advisors and support staff
• Own project management across multiple concurrent client mandates
• Represent Aethoras in partner meetings and operational discussions
• Drive strategic initiatives: new market research, partnership development, product innovation
• Become the person who can run the business for a week if the founder is creating content, traveling, or focused on high-value work

Must-haves

• 2-5 years of experience in operations, executive support, project management, or client services — in real estate, consulting, finance, legal, or a fast-paced startup
• Exceptional organisational skills — you don't drop balls, period
• Strong written and verbal English — you'll draft client communications, proposals, and partner emails
• Comfortable with technology: CRM tools, project management software, Google Workspace, AI tools
• Based in Dubai or willing to relocate (hybrid flexibility possible)
• You take initiative — you don't wait to be told what needs doing
• Strong advantages:
• Multilingual (Turkish, Arabic, Russian, French, Spanish — any of these is a significant plus)
• Experience in Dubai's real estate or financial services sector
• Familiarity with CBI/RBI programmes, Golden Visa, or international business setup
• Startup or founder-support experience — you understand the pace and ambiguity
• Experience building SOPs or process documentation from scratch

Compensation

• **Base:**
• AED 5,000 - 10,000 depending on experience, plus commission structure
• **Performance bonus:**
• Tied to measurable operational improvements and business growth
• **Chief of Staff promotion:**
• Clear path within 6-12 months with corresponding compensation increase
