Role Description
This part-time hybrid role, based in Abu Dhabi, is for an Operations Manager responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the outdoor advertising sector.
The Operations Manager will coordinate with various teams to ensure seamless implementation of business strategies, compliance with regulations, and efficient systems management.
Responsibilities
include monitoring operational performance, improving workflows, fostering partnerships with stakeholders, analyzing data, and addressing operational challenges.
While the role requires on-site participation, remote work opportunities are also available.
Qualifications
- Experience in operations management and process optimization, with the ability to manage day-to-day operations effectively.
- Strong leadership and team coordination skills, with experience collaborating across multiple departments and managing relationships with external stakeholders.
- Proficient in analyzing performance metrics and generating actionable insights to improve operational efficiency.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, along with a proven ability to manage complex projects and drive results.
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with compliance and regulatory practices in public advertising or a related sector is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field is desirable.
- Flexibility to work on-site in Abu Dhabi with the possibility of working remotely as required.
