Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid role based in Abu Dhabi, with flexibility for remote work as needed.
The Operations Manager will oversee daily business operations, ensuring efficiency and alignment with organizational goals.
Responsibilities
include managing schedules, coordinating project timelines, monitoring budgets, optimizing processes, and leading cross-functional teams.
The role also involves reporting key metrics, ensuring project milestones are met, and fostering communication across departments.
Qualifications
- Operational management skills, including planning, scheduling, and resource management
- Project coordination and team leadership experience
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Budgeting and financial oversight capabilities
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Proficiency with project management tools and software
- Ability to work both onsite and remotely with minimal supervision
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field preferred
- Relevant industry experience is an advantage
