- Ensuresthat the staff provide excellent service to internal customers inotherdepartments.
- Observesemployeeguest interactions and coaches staff in guest serviceskills asnecessary.
- Ensuresthat all guest and internal customer complaints and enquiries arehandled in a timely courteous and efficient manner followingthrough to ensure problems are resolvedsatisfactorily.
- Ensuresthat the outlet is operated in line with goals to maximizesprofitability while delivering on the brandpromise.
- Assiststhe Director of F&B Operations in preparing the AnnualBusiness Plan and budget for theoutlet.
- Supportsthe Director of F&B Operations in analysing outlet businessperformance to facilitate accurate and meaningfulforecasting.
- Proactivelymanages outlet financial targets and costs based on key performanceindicators.
