Role Description
We’re Hiring \| Retail Operations Manager – UAE 🇦🇪
CLASSIC JEWELS & DIAMONDS is looking for an experienced Retail Operations Manager to lead and manage showroom operations across our retail branches in the UAE.
We are looking for someone who can handle store operations efficiently, drive sales performance, maintain operational discipline, and ensure a premium customer experience across all branches.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day retail showroom operations
- Monitor branch sales performance and target achievement
- Ensure SOP compliance, stock accuracy, and billing control
- Support Branch Managers in improving store productivity
- Handle customer service escalations and operational issues
- Monitor staff discipline, attendance, and performance
- Ensure smooth inventory movement and audit readiness
- Review reports, MIS, and operational performance regularly
Requirements
- Experience in retail operations management
- Strong leadership and team handling skills
- Good understanding of sales operations and inventory control
- Ability to manage multiple branches and operational workflows
- Jewellery retail experience will be an added advantage
